Need tomcat server 9

Dear Team,

This is regarding an issue I am facing while configuring my server with Apache tomcat. Though I have installed Tomcat 9 plugin I dont see that particular version while I configure the same. I have attached the images for reference. Please let me know how to add or configure tomcat 9. Also I tried to install it from outside the Eclipse via link but I see warning message as :
