List of projects is not accurate

Hi.

The list of projects available at https://iot.eclipse.org/projects/ is not accurate.

Specifically, there are two issues:

• Archived projects are displayed. They should not be visible, as we do not want to promote the use of unmaintained code bases.
• Quite a few active projects are missing. Now, I think I remember that the API underpinning the page will look for specific metadata in the PMI to decide which projects are featured. Can you provide specific instructions I could share with leads/committers to make sure their project is listed, please?
