Create Sandboxes and Getting started page

Getting started and sandboxes content is currently on the same page but we are now planning to separate the two with this new redesign.

These two pages will be subpages of the main project page.

We think that the current layout for both pages are hard to understand and we are hoping to leverage this issue to improve the layout for these 2 new pages.
