Missing 2023-06 for the New and Noteworthy page
After reviewing the pages for today's release, we have noticed that the N&N page is showing the wrong release info.

This page is populated with data coming for an endpoint on the PMI (https://projects.eclipse.org/api/simultaneous_release/).
Based on the endpoint results, we can see that 2023-06 is missing and looking at the PMI's content on the website, I can see that there is no 2023-06 Simultaneous release that was created.
@wbeaton is this something that you were aware?
