Update 2023 Committed Funding Figure on https://eclipseide.org/working-group/development-funding-initiative/

Could you please update the figure from 145,000 to 183,000!

Apologies on the late notice, but we are holding the Working Group's Community Call on Wed 8 am Eastern and would like to have this updated if possible.
