Confusing tiles on front page

I'm not sure we're doing a good job highlighting the IDE on the front page.

The current tiles seem to be a mix of new items e.g. Improved maven tooling and generic item: PROVEN EXTENSIBILITY.

Feels to me like these need to be split if we want to create a clear message:

• These are the three new and most noteworthy things: ...
• These are the three things that are generic and good about the ide: ...
