Create a place to host the Meeting minutes of the Eclipse IDE Working Group

Summary

Following a discussion with @scorbett, we would like need to enable publishing the Eclipse IDE Steering Committee meeting minutes on the WG website

Requirement

• Create a new category/menu item on the WG site (eclipseide.org) for Steering Committee meeting minutes.

• Ensure some people (the Chair (Mark Goodchild @mgoodchild ), Sharon and myself) have the permission to update and publish the minutes under this category.

Context:

• This is an approved option for Working Groups. Other examples include:
