• on Jan 5 - Nominations open: Update Elections 2026 and Candidates 2026 page
• Jan 5 - Feb 5 - Update individual Candidates 2026 pages (secret URL)
• on Jan 30/by Feb 2 - Nominations closed/Publish List of candidates: Update Elections 2026 and Candidates 2026 page
• on Feb 6 - Update Candidates 2026 page with photos and links (publish individual candidate pages)
• on Feb 9 - Voting begins: Update Elections 2026 page
• on Mar 2 - Announcement of new board representatives: Update Elections 2026 and Candidates 2026 page
• by Apr 1 - Update Board of Directors on eclipse.org
