On mobile, bug with Membership menu

Describe the bug When navigating the main menu on mobile, and after clicking on one of the membership sub menu items (must be one that is part of the membership tabs), the membership menus items then become unclickable

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the eclipse.org menu on mobile
2. Click on supporters/membership benefits menu items
3. Try clicking on membership levels and fees
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior The menus should link to the pages
