Research project pages display two h1s

The research projects display two H1s on the page. This is problematic for SEO and accessibility.

I propose we display the research project's name in the jumbotron - this way the one and only H1 will better reflect the page's content.

We can then get marketing involved to create a mockup of a jumbotron for a research project.
