Update copy on the sponsorship FAQ page
We need to update the copy on the FAQ page (https://www.eclipse.org/sponsor/faq.php) to this new text: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tpIkfEsweh50iAJuxEh7EuF9eb_l4MmwUBXj-HjwTVM/edit?usp=sharing
As a result of abusive and unreasonable anonymous traffic patterns, we're now requiring authentication to access some GitLab pages and content. We will investigate further to determine if these changes are permanent or temporary.
