Suggest the following updates. Though, need @croundy input

• Ensure all Cloud DevTools projects appear in the rotation
• Include Open VSX on the collaborations
• Update the text to include Theia
• I also think we need to work in a broader message about Eclipse providing the technology for an open vendor neutral IDE deployment.
