Add SDV's new logo to the artwork page and assets directory

The SDV logo files need to be added to https://eclipse.org/org/artwork/.

The SDV logo also needs to be hosted here: https://www.eclipse.org/org/workinggroups/assets/images/wg-sdv.svg.
