Add YouTube playlists to ecdtools.eclipse.org/resources/videos/

Would we be able to change the way videos are displayed on the ecdtools resources page? I think we currently have to create a new issue to add a new video to the page. Instead, it would be great to feature each of the playlists we have on the Eclipse Cloud DevTools section of our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/EclipseFdn/playlists?view=50&sort=dd&shelf_id=3

If we can make this happen, I can provide descriptions for each section.

We'd also have to change how the latest video displays on the homepage:
