Implement the new user profile component for displaying the author on individual blog posts

This work tracks the integration of the new user profile component (currently being developed in: eclipsefdn/software-dev/frameworks-and-tools/solstice-assets#414).

Once @oliviergoulet is done implementing the component, we will be able to use it in the blogs website.
