AOSS - Speaker bios

We will need to add the missing bios on the speakers' page. So far we're missing the following:

• Ernst-Stöckl Pukall
• Markus Brandes
• Peter Final
• Gunther Bauer - missing photo & bio
• Martin Schleicher
• Dr. Christian Mosch
• Graham Smethurst
• Christian Hort
• Daniel Miehle — missing photo (separate issue) & bio

We are currently missing the bio of Gunther, but I will add it in a couple of minutes.
