Be inclusive of past project participation on the projects page

I believe that the Projects page in the accounts portal currently only lists projects for which the individual has current committer status. IMHO, it is important that we also honour past participation in our projects.

This includes current and archive projects for which the individual has previously held committer status.

We should be sure to annotate entries to indicate when the project is archived and/or the individual does not have current committer status.

Here are some thoughts (to start a discussion regarding how we should render this):

• Only provide links for active projects (i.e., no links for terminated projects);
• Include some sort of icon to indicate the state of an archived project (something similar to the crate that we use on the PMI pages for archived projects); and
• Describe the relationship as "former committer" or "former project lead".

Note that projects that were terminated before the PMI was created are not in the PMI. They do exist in the Foundation DB along with the historical record of former committers and project leads. The upshot is that we don't have any public page to link to for these projects.
