Non-member organization field not cleared when updating user organization via Foundation Portal

It has been reported by email that after updating a user’s organization through the Foundation Portal, the member organization field in accounts.e.o is correctly updated, but the non-member organization field is not being cleared.

Currently, performing a manual save on the user's Edit form clears the non-member organization field. The same behavior should be applied automatically when the user logs in, ensuring the data is properly synced.
