Some project are clickable links, but others are not

On the "Projects" tab, I've noticed that some project names are rendered as links, but others are not. AFAICT, all of these projects (except "simrel") are real and we should have working links for them.

Is there a reason why some are rendered as links and others are not?

Please change "Eclipse Development Process" to "Eclipse Foundation Development Process".

"simrel" is not an Eclipse open source project; the query should filter out internal EF pseudo projects.
