fix: css rule not targeting alias for featured-projects and adjust breakpoints for project card wrapping

A css rule was added recently but it wasn't targeting the eclipsefdn-projects alias for featured-projects.

It also fixes a problem where the cards would improperly wrap between md and lg breakpoints.
