Issues with spacing in astro main menu

As discussed in a call with @oliviergoulet, some of the menu items need their spacing adjusted. Items with a dropdown have a slightly different gap size than items without.

I suggest we also update the padding around the logo for smaller screens. The first menu item is almost touching the logo:
