Cookie dialog color scheme clashes with color palettes of other Eclipse projects

Is it possible to change the button in the cookie dialog to a more neutral color scheme since the dialog is shown across all Eclipse projects which have widely varying color palettes. The current orange clashes with some these different colors palettes.
