Extensively document custom css properties

Given that this theme will be

• used widely as the base theme for the Eclipse OSILK project, as the reference theme,
• forked by others who want to customise it to their internal design,

Can you extensively document the custom added css properties that are not part of the revealjs initial framework? The demo slides are a great way to start, but are not feature complete.
