Create archetype for events

It would be nice to stop relying entirely on data files for our events, and instead we could have an archetype with frontmatter params that represent event information such as start_date, end_date, etc.

This would pair nicely with what we plan to do with JakartaOne to make their events easier to maintain https://github.com/jakartaee/jakartaone.org/issues/589
