Mobile menu items are not clickable on non-mega-menu sites using astro

Mobile menu items are not clickable on sites that use Astro and do not have a mega menu. I forgot to update the mobile menu javascript when adding support for these menu types.

Sites currently affected:

• orcwg.org
• dataspace.eclipse.org
