Add the ability to customize the columns in the agenda component

While reviewing a merge request created for the ESAAM event, we noticed that a custom shortcode was created to alter the columns of the agenda.

Can we add the ability for users to customize the default agenda shortcode so that we don't need to create an entire shortcode?
