OpenHWGroup import has a failure for the .github repo

When attempting to import the .github into the Gitlab backup group, there is an error for one of the imports for the .github repo:

"Error importing repository '.github': AxiosError: Request failed with status code 422"

That is the whole stated error, so we'll need to investigate to figure out what is causing the data to not be processed within Gitlab.
