Clarification about permissions on .eclipsefdn repo

Recently the eclipse-tractusx organization on GitHub was created. We also enabled otterdog there, and created a .eclipsefdn repo.

Initially the committers got Triage permissions and the eclipsefdn-security team got write permissions.

Now, the permissions are like that:

Did the sync script make these changes?
