After re-assigning repos to a different project, old permissions/teams are not cleaned up

This was brought to our attention by an email from @pygieo.

Quoting my response here:

The glassfish committers have (unexpected) access to the following repos:

• https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-firstcup
• https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-firstcup-examples
• https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-schemas
• https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tutorial
• https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tutorial-examples

All repos were initially added to the Glassfish project by mistake. This was reported and fixed in Bugzilla tickets:

Apparently, the permissions for Glassfish committers were not removed. I've fixed it manually.
