Create an object to extract data from MPC user agents

Based on information discuseed in marketplace-rest-api-specs/8, an object should be used to extract and store information retrieved from MPC user-agent strings.

This object should be read-only/final, and have easily accessible calls for the different segments available within the User-Agent.
