Install statistics endpoint

An endpoint and model need to be created for installation statistics. This should cover basic stats of an install:

• listing ID
• version of the installed plugin
• timestamp of install
• OS
• Java Version
• Locale

The DtoFilter for the object should allow for filtering of any of the fields to allow users to get unique views of their install stats.
