feat: Integrate LDAP secure port through UnboundID (!13) · Merge requests · Eclipse Foundation / Software Development / APIs / Eclipse Foundation Profile API · GitLab

As a result of abusive and unreasonable anonymous traffic patterns, we're now requiring authentication to access some GitLab pages and content. We will investigate further to determine if these changes are permanent or temporary.

This MR does the following:

Moves the caching to the LDAPService
Successfully uses the secure LDAP port
