Remove "Friends" field from endpoint returns

The Friends of Eclipse program is most likely being terminated. As seen here

The plan is to remove the field from the /account/profile and /github/profile response object for the time being; But keep the code for fetching the friends field from the DB in case we decide to keep the FoE program alive. Once we have final confirmation, we can remove all traces of the friends DTO, DDL, etc
