Add the HiveMQ Sparkplug Aware Extension as a compatible product

We need to add the "HiveMQ Sparkplug Aware Extension" to the list of compatible products since it is the implementation used for ratification. There is no need to obtain a "Get Listed" request to do so since the spec committee ratified the spec.

The extension should be listed in the "Compatible Software" category.

For the logo, we can use the one for HiveMQ, which is already available in the PMI.
