SDV Website: display different types of resources

We would like the option to upload/add different types of resources to the SDV website.

Something like the iot site would work.

Requirements:

• It would be good to add some categories that can be activated later once we have the resources (e.g., case studies).
• The ability to identify external (non EF resources). For example, we may want to add whitepapers that members have authored. Same with podcasts: they would be external.

Categories (prelimininary...we may need to add/edit these later on):

• Videos
• Whitepapers
• Case studies
• News (same as current "news" page)
• Documents (e.g., TAC operating principles as pdf)
• Podcasts (let's discuss this one. I've noticed other WGs like sparkplug have it but the links are broken. Can we link to non EF-produced podcasts? Eg., Blackberry produces a SDV podcast)
