SDV Hackathon - Adding Challenges - Short Text + Prerequisites

Hey team,

We need to update the website of the SDV Hackathon by adding the following section to include the challenges and prerequisites for each challenge:

• 8 text boxes including a space for:

  - name of the challenge

  - short description

  - prerequisites for each challenge

The new section should be positioned in section "Hack Challenges" -- you can keep the current copy and position the text boxes below within the same box.
