[Q3-redesign] - Implement new Get Engaged page

Webpage sections should be taken from the Jakarta EE example page "Connect": https://jakarta.ee/connect/

• we should have the boxes as well as the CTA button for each box - exactly as in Jakarta
• we should also add a contact form in the end
