SDV Community Day - Lisbon 2023 Agenda (Final)

Hi Team, I wanted to submit this issue ahead of time in prepartion for a change that will be taking place on the following website https://sdv.eclipse.org/sdv-community-day-lisbon-2023/ on March 11th, 2023. the final date to send in the submissions is March 10 and therefor the final agenda should be finalized by @sgallian and @paulinagueorguieva by march 11th, 2023. i wanted to send this over to ensure there's enough heads up for the team to process these last minute changes.

Additionally we also need to add the speakers section to this website very similar to what we have done for JakartaOne Livestream event. I'm waiting on Sara to provide me with the list of speakers and their email addresses so i can collect their pictures, Bio's, titles, Names and company they represent.

Once I receive this, I will share this information on this issue in the right format.
