Add WGPA and Draft Charter
Now that the working group is in the proposed phase, we would like to update the coming soon page to include relevant documents. Just after the paragraph that starts with "Community" please add a line break, then:
Now is the time to join as a founding member of the Software-Defined Vehicle Working Group. Check out the Working Group Charter and Participation Agreement for more information, and contact us about membership.
This would be followed by the "Join the mailing list" button that is already there.
