the CTA "Get Involved" should link to https://sdv.eclipse.org/become-a-member (rather than https://sdv.eclipse.org/members/)

the CTA "Connect" should link to https://sdv.eclipse.org/get-engaged/ (presenting multiple options, rather than https://accounts.eclipse.org/mailing-list/sdv-wg, i.e. the mailing list only)
