Contributors should be listed on the "Who's Involved" page

I'm seeing contributors listed on the Overview. These should be listed on the "Who's Involved" page along with the project leads, committers, mentors, etc.

e.g., see screenshot; at the bottom.

Ideally, the presentation should be stylistically similar to the other sections.

Side note: do we need a "PMI" label?
