Description

At the top of https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.lsp4e/developer is a few links to Bugzilla.

The help wanted and open bugs links use bug_status=NEW&bug_status=REOPENED - can &bug_status=UNCONFIRMED be added to that please?
