[Bug 571515] Provide context for the charts on the "Who's Involved" page

Description

I'd like to add a comment at the top of the "Who's Involved" page to solidify the context from which the charts are generated.

I'm thinking of something along the lines of:

"The charts shown below are generated from the commits found on the Developer Resources page."
