I have noticed that when I do google searches for various eclipse projects, the proposals always come up higher on the search. ... I just did a search on "eclipse jax-rs" and the project proposal came up ahead of the actual project. Is there anything we can do with the search criteria to drop the importance of the proposal lower after the actual project is created?\

Is there anything that we can do to encourage Google to find project pages before proposals pages?
