Please remove the mentor field from the Project Proposal form

Recently, the requirement to have a mentor for new Eclipse projects has been removed. Please update the project proposal web form to remove the corresponding field. It should be under "People". Thanks in advance.

Hi @mdelgado624, Should we keep the Mentor for old project proposal where the field is not empty? Or just delete everything?

I think we can delete everything, the figure of the mentor is just outdated. @wbeaton wdyt?

If we ever decide that we need this information, it is captured in the Foundation DB.
