Should the project search query the project id?

Summary

Suppose I want to find PDE (EMF or SWT):

It's half way down the page and doing Ctrl-F PDE finds only two things on the page that even mention PDE.

If I search plugin development environment then nothing being I left the - out:

It used to be easy to find projects, so something has changed to make it difficult.

Similarly for SWT. Lots of matches (multiple pages) but most don't even mention SWT in the description:

Impact

This make the portal far less usable because a search is typically the first thing one does.
