E-mail about voting for a committer on a project I've never been involved with

Summary

Every day since May 24th, I've gotten an e-mail reminding me to vote on the committer election for Ed Merks in Tycho. Every e-mail states that it's the last day to vote. I don't have committership on Tycho, and I'm pretty sure I've never even contributed a patch to Tycho.

I'm reminded daily to vote on a project I'm not a part of.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I'm not reminded to vote on projects I'm not a part of.
