Description
Consider adding a section for contributors to the "Who" page for a project.
The page currently shows only official members of the project (and past members as "Historical Committers"). It should be relatively easy to leverage the same data that we use to generate the project activity charts to generate a list of active contributors.
Not all contributors will have a "user" page in the PMI, so our first pass at this implementation won't have links for those users. We may consider generating some sort of stand-in page so that we can generate something like the historical chart we show for committers.
I'm inclined to list them in the same order that they're listed in the chart: by activity, with the most active first. Or we can list them alphabetically.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

+1 this would be a great addition giving credit to the many contributors and give them a face if they provided an image
