Possible caching issue

I think that I'm getting hung up by caching. I assembled the 2024-06 Simrel participation page yesterday and sent it out for feedback. In response, committers created new release records.

When I try to connect those release records (which I've confirmed exist), they don't show up in the content assist.

A 6.10.0 version of JGit exists (it was created sometime late yesterday), but is not in the list (for example).

I have cumbersome workaround (hack the nid), so I'm not entirely stuck. I'm concerned, however, that this may manifest in other places.
