D10 - Restrict the list of Releases in create "Progress Review" nodes

While testing the creation of "Progress Review" nodes, I noticed that it is possible to associate any Release from any projects to the review that was first initiated from a specific project.

Example, click on Create a Progress Review link in the sidebar of the technology.dash project. Once on the Progress Review form, it's possible to associate any release of any project. I don't think this should be the case but it's currently like that on production as well.

I'm currently not treating this as a blocker to go live since this is the current state on production but let me know if this should be a blocker.
